As a U.S. citizen living abroad, can I donate on Oath?
Oath currently only operates in the United States and allows incoming contributions from U.S. citizens in a limited number of countries (e.g., the U.K.). To donate through Oath, you must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder with a valid U.S. mailing address.
Many campaigns refuse donations from international addresses, regardless of the donor's citizenship. This has forced Oath to refund donations through no fault of the donor - a bad experience for you and an unsustainable pattern for us. To prevent this, we now require a valid U.S. mailing address for all donations made through Oath.
