# How do I find and use Dot?

Dot, your personal advisor, lives in your Oath profile. Sign in at **[app.oath.vote](http://oath.vote/profile?ref=DHC)**, open your profile, look for the "Ask Dot anything" box, type your question, and press the arrow button to send it.

If you are not sure where to start, your profile also shows a few suggested questions that you can click to see how Dot responds, and from there you can keep the conversation going by asking follow-ups in your own words.

If you do not see Dot in your profile, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in, since Dot is available to all Oath donors and should appear once you are signed in. If it still is not there, please **[contact us here](https://app.oath.vote/contact)** and we will take a look.
