I never received my one-time sign-in code. Where is it?

If you’ve requested a one-time sign-in code but haven’t received it, we recommend checking your spam filter and adding no-reply@oath.vote to your email contacts. Each time you request a new code it will void the one before it. So, if the email takes a few minutes to arrive, requesting another code will void the previous one, starting the process all over again.

Some email servers (like AOL & Yahoo) take slightly longer to allow the code to appear in donors' inboxes. If you can request one code and wait a few minutes for the code to arrive, that should work. If you try this and still don’t have any luck, please contact us.
