Why can’t I find my one-time code to sign in?

If you’ve requested a one-time sign-in code but haven’t received it, check your spam inbox and add no-reply@oath.vote to your contacts. Each new code you request voids the one before it, so if an email is taking a few minutes to arrive, requesting another will restart the process.

Some email servers (such as AOL and Yahoo!) take slightly longer to deliver the code. We recommend that you request one code and wait 10 minutes before requesting another.
