Is my donation tax deductible?

Some donations made through Oath are tax deductible and some are not. Any donations made to a candidate or political committee are NOT tax deductible. Oath also features organizations including 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, to which donations ARE tax deductible. Donors should refer to the website of each organization they support for information on tax deductibility. We are working to make this information available in your Giving History in the near future.
