Is my donation tax deductible?

Some donations made through Oath are tax-deductible, and some are not.

Per FEC guidelines, donations made to a candidate or political committee are not tax-deductible. Oath also features organizations, including 501(c)(3) nonprofits, whose donations are tax-deductible.
