Is Oath a nonprofit?

Oath is a mission-driven company committed to democratizing donor advising by providing world-class service and data-driven recommendations to all, regardless of giving capacity. When you donate through Oath, your donation is transferred directly from you to the candidates or organizations you choose to support. Oath does not take a cut of donations through the platform — instead, we rely on voluntary tips from our users to continue offering our expert analysis to help donors maximize the impact of their donations on the causes they care about. Oath does not currently have 501(c)(3) status.
