# Why did my donation fail even though I have funds available?

We’re sorry your transaction failed on Oath. This can happen for a few reasons. If you:

- Made multiple transactions on Oath in a short period of time
- Started a new subscription
- Used a prepaid card
- Made an unusually high-value transaction on an account that typically doesn’t see them
- Entered incorrect bank information (e.g., card number, CVC)
- Entered an address that doesn’t match your billing address

Your bank or card issuer may flag the transaction as sensitive and block it. We recommend waiting 24 hours and trying again.
