# How do I exclude donors to comply with Oath’s Do Not Contact policy?

As a reminder, [**Oath’s Do Not Contact policy**](https://helpcenter.oath.vote/recipient-help-center/how-do-i-contact-the-donors-/-what-is-oaths-policy-on-contacting-donors?hsLang=en-us) mandates that the campaign or organization will **not** contact any donors who contribute through Oath.

Every line item in a payout report includes a field titled ‘original\_source\_code’ populated with ‘DO NOT CONTACT,’ so Oath donors are clearly tagged when transferring data to any external CRMs / tracking systems.
