How long does it take for the account to be onboarded?

We aim to verify accounts as quickly as possible. Because our team is actively onboarding many recipients at any given point, we greatly appreciate recipients’ patience during the onboarding process.

If the status hasn’t changed from pending in over a week from the time the onboarding form has been submitted, please reach out to recipients@oath.vote.

In the meantime, please ensure the Stripe account has been set up and a follow-up email from Oath requesting further documentation or information has not been sent.
