I do not have a copy of my IRS Form SS-4. What are alternative documents can I use to validate my EIN?

If in a situation without access to IRS Form SS-4, we accept the following alternative forms of documentation:

• IRS Form W-9
• IRS Letter 147C
• IRS CP-575 Notice
• IRS Forms 990, 1120, 1065, or Schedule C

Please ensure that your campaign or organization’s legal name and EIN appear in your alternative documentation exactly as they do across other forms of documentation.
