I’m getting an “Error 403: Forbidden Page” message. What do I do?

This error message most typically populates when trying to access the Oath platform from an IP address located outside of the US.

For security purposes, we do not permit access to any of Oath’s donor- or recipient-facing features via a non-US IP address. Admins who require urgent access to the admin dashboard while out of the country are encouraged to have a US-based team member log in on their behalf. Full dashboard access will resume once the admin returns to the United States.
