A signed bank letter must meet the following requirements:
- Printed on the bank’s official letterhead
- Signed by a bank representative
- Includes the full domestic ACH routing number
- Includes the full account number
- Lists the full legal name of the account holder as well as the committee name
If acquiring a signed bank letter is not possible, we also accept true void checks to fulfill bank documentation.
