# What does a signed bank letter look like?

**A signed bank letter must meet the following requirements:**

1. Printed on the bank’s official letterhead
2. Signed by a bank representative
3. Includes the full domestic ACH routing number
4. Includes the full account number
5. Lists the full legal name of the account holder as well as the committee name

If acquiring a signed bank letter is not possible, we also accept true void checks to fulfill bank documentation.
