What is a primary contact?

The primary contact is responsible for completing your campaign or organization’s onboarding form, connecting to Stripe, and serving as the campaign or organization’s primary point of contact for communications from the Oath team.

A primary contact should generally be someone with access to a recipient’s EIN, banking information, and registration, as they will be asked to provide those documents when completing the onboarding form.
